Pasta Valenciana

Ingredients
300 ml olive oil
2kg whole chicken, cut into small pieces
300 onion
150 garlic
30g paprika
500g carrots
1 kg EL REAL Spaghetti (break into half inch pieces)
500ml EL REAL Fiipino Style Spaghetti Sauce
200g tomato paste
500ml chicken stock
300g green peas
300g peppers
200g raisins
12 pcs boiled eggs
12 pcs. vienna sausage
159 salt & pepper
50g fresh parsley
Directions
Step 1: Season the chicken with salt, pepper and paprika at i-pan-fry in olive oil till golden brown.
Step 2: Sa same pan, i-pan fry ang carrots until soft at itabi.
Step 3: In the same pan, igisa ang onion. garlic and tomato paste saka ilagay ang El Real Spaghetti pasta na toasted.
Step 4: Ilagay ang chicken stock at El Real spaghetti sauce and simmer until pasta is half cooked.
Step 5: I-assemble ang chicken, carrots, green peas, bell pepper, raisins at boiled egg on top and let it simmer until sauce is dry. Garnish with chopped parsley.
Step 6: Serve and enjoy!
