Pinakbet Pasta

Ingredients


500g El Real Healthy Spaghetti

¼ kg pork belly, chopped

1 onion, chopped

3 cloves garlic, minced

2 tomatoes, chopped

3 tbsp olive oil

1 tsp fish sauce

3 tsp bagoong

¼ kalabasa, chopped

8 okra, chopped

½ ampalaya, seeded and chopped

½ eggplant

2 cups water

Salt and pepper to taste

Directions


Step 1: Lutuin ang El Real Healthy Spaghetti base sa package instructions. Itabi muna pagka-drain.

Step 2: Iprito na ang pork belly sa mainit na mantika hanggang sa maging brown. Hayaang maging crunchy pero ingatang wag masunog.

Step 3: Painitin ang olive oil sa isang malaking kawali. Igisa ang onion, garlic at tomato. Pisa-pisain ang tomato para kumatas ang juice.

Step 4: Idagdag na rin ang pork belly. Ilagay na rin ang bagoong at patuloy lang sa paghalo.

Step 5: Isama na ang squash at hayaang maluto nang 2 minutes. Saka ilagay ang okra, ampalaya at eggplant.

Step 6: Pakuluan saglit at ‘wag hayaang malamog ang gulay. Ilipat sa magandang serving plate.

Step 7: Serve and enjoy!
